Our aim is to continuously develop a work culture and environment that protects, promotes and supports the health and wellbeing of all our people. That’s why we offer paid sick leave for periods of both mental and physical ill-health, alongside providing access to an Employee Assistance Programme and Occupational Health Adviser that enable you to access to a range of services to assist in managing your health and wellbeing.

Alongside these more formal support structures, we also have lots of informal activities to support your health and wellbeing, whether that’s regular mindfulness or yoga sessions, access to discounted gym membership or your team’s lunchtime walking or running group.
