To propose that the National Assembly for Wales, in accordance with Standing Order 26.4, agrees that provisions of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Bill relating to petitions to local authorities, in so far as they fall within the legislative competence of the National Assembly for Wales, should be considered by the UK Parliament.
A Legislative Consent Memorandum has been laid in Table Office on 12 January 2009 in accordance with Standing Order 26.2(i).

Approves the draft The National Assembly for Wales (Legislative Competence) (Housing) Order 2009.
The draft Order and Explanatory Memorandum were laid before the Assembly on 12 January 2009;
The reports of the Proposed Affordable Housing Legislative Competence Order Committee were laid before the Assembly on 18 April 2008 and 17 July 2008.
