To propose that the National Assembly for Wales, in accordance with Standing Order 26.4, agrees that those provisions relating to Local Safeguarding Children Boards and the provision of information about schools etc of the Children, Schools and Families Bill, as introduced into the House of Commons on 19th November 2009, so far as they fall within the legislative competence of the National Assembly for Wales, should be considered by the UK Parliament
A Legislative Consent Memorandum has been laid in Table Office on 03 December 2009 in accordance with Standing Order 26.2(i).
