Organise an event

Former Prime Minister of New Zealand, Helen Clark addressing an audience at The Pierhead.

Holding an event on the National Assembly for Wales estate gives you the opportunity to raise the profile of your organisation and its issues and concerns. Whether it’s something that affects your town or village, or an issue that is of concern to your interest group or society, the National Assembly’s event spaces allow you to make the most out of the Assembly estate and make sure your voice is heard. If you would like to submit a proposal for consideration please contact our Venues Team by email at or by telephone at 0300 200 6208.

Exhibition availability

Our exhibition schedule is full and we are not currently taking any further bookings. However, if you would like us to keep your details on file for future projects, please send your name, a description of the proposed work as well as a photo example to us at

As of summer 2019 exhibitions will be thematic to reflect the Assembly’s responsibilities and priorities, or will be curated in partnership with key national organisations to either showcase the cultural heritage of Wales or holding broad significance on the world stage. Exhibitions in the Senedd will showcase Welsh excellence and/or be a platform to educate about Welsh democracy so as to encourage participation in the work of the Assembly. The content will be relevant to current debates, or will tell stories that highlight the relevance to society of Welsh laws.

The Pierhead is a perfect space to showcase community and special interest priorities; to debate modern ambitions and issues facing our society; to share knowledge from our heritage to inform today’s decisions and to reflect on the Assembly’s debates from an arm’s length.
