Summer at the Senedd 2019
Whether you've been before or it's your first time visiting the Senedd, head down to Cardiff Bay this summer as we celebrate the 20th anniversary of the National Assembly for Wales.
We've got a packed programme for the summer:
Little explorers can time-travel through the centuries on our children’s trails
Go ‘behind the scenes’ to areas not usually open to the public on a guided tour, running daily at 11.00 / 14.00 / 15.00
Children can build their landmarks in Lego® bricks on our map of Wales, or enjoy the toy and craft area
New exhibitions for summer 2019: Create your own 'Postcard from Wales' inspired by a special exhibition by Steve Knapik MBE of landscapes across the country.
Café and shop
Entry is free and the building is open daily 10.30-16.30.
Designed to stay lovely and cool on summer days, the Senedd is a public building - your building - so visit us and explore its place in Welsh life.
We are your Assembly and we represent you. There are lots of ways you can get involved with our work, here are just a few.
To mark 20 years of devolution in Wales, we have developed a timeline of key milestones of Wales’ journey to devolution and the key achievements over the past 20 years.
Young people in Wales now have a platform for their voice to be heard with the election of the first Welsh Youth Parliament Members.
Whether you're interested in politics or just visiting Cardiff Bay we've got all the information you need.
Take the weight off your feet on one of the 120 Pembrokeshire Welsh oak seats and watch some of our bilingual films to find out more about the Assembly's work.
