Youth Work Week 2017

This Assembly:

1. Notes that Youth Work Week is 23 – 30 June 2017.

2. Celebrates the achievements and dedication of youth workers in Wales and the impact of their work with young people.

3. Congratulates the Council for Wales of Voluntary Youth Services (CWVYS) on its 70th birthday and recognises its huge contribution to the voluntary youth service in Wales.

4. Calls on the Welsh Government to continue to support youth work and ensure that young people in Wales are able to access well-resourced youth services in order to support them to reach their full potential.
